SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Once an order is received, it will typically be shipped within 1 - 2 business days of receiving the order. Tracking information will be provided upon label creation. Special order items such as handmade cables and pre-orders may take additional processing time. 

Please note, orders do not process during weekends and holidays.

My order says its delivered, but I have not received it.

Sometimes USPS and Canada Post marks them as delivered even thought it is not. In this case, please wait 5-7 business days as it usually gets resolved by itself. Please wait at least 5 business days before sending us a message. 

Do I need to pay for customs/import fees?

If you are in Canada, you will only have to pay tax during checkout.

If you are in USA, you will not have to pay unless the value is over $800.

For all other countries, any type of customs/import/VAT fees are to be paid by the customer.

Covid-19 Shipments.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, your order may arrive later than expected. All couriers are experience huge backlogs and delays. Do not email us about status about your order. Latest delivery information will be provided in the tracking.

INVENTORY

When is X item coming back in stock?

We often don't have exact dates on when items will be arriving until they are closer to arriving. We always update inventory page as soon as we have info on when they will be coming in as well as when they are in stock and available for purchase. You can also join the notification list on the product page to automatically be sent an email when its back in stock.

ORDERS

How can I cancel my order?

Please send us a message using the contact form https://agileshop.co/pages/contact. Include your order number (Not your paypal transaction) and request for cancellation. If your order is not shipped and is not part of Group buy/Pre-order, we will cancel your order.

How do I edit an order?

Orders cannot be edit, this includes addition or removal of items. However, you can send us a message via contact form https://agileshop.co/pages/contact requesting a cancellation so you can place an updated order.

Can I combine orders?

At this time we cannot combine multiple orders. However, we can cancel them for you and you can place an order with all the items you wish to purchase in one cart.

Can I request a return/refund?

Yes, any item that is not custom/group buy/pre-order items are eligible for refund for up to 14 days. The item must be unused and in brand new condition. Note: You will be responsible for paying shipping back to Agile, and will not be refunded the shipping cost in the original order.

Can I change my shipping address? 

Yes, as long as the order is not shipped we will change your shipping address upon request. If the address is change from US/Canada to international, there will be additional charges. Please fill out the contact form https://agileshop.co/pages/contact for address change request.

I sent an email regarding my order, but have not heard back.

If you haven't received an email after 48 hours, please send us an other email. Sometimes we may miss one, and we are sorry for the inconvenience.  

I haven't received a reply from Twitter, Discord PM, Reddit, Instagram, etc.

We do not answer private messages on social media regarding your order. Best option to connect with us is to email us via contact form https://agileshop.co/pages/contact.
